Chaperone Checklist

What’s in your must-have list for a happy, stress-free trip? Event paperwork and forms? Identification? Comfy walking shoes? Jot down your essentials here and keep them close at hand to ensure you don’t forget a thing.

  • Align your Grad Event date with your school’s calendar
  • Reserve your date
  • Click here to book your stay at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort
  • Pre-purchase your Grad Event tickets
  • Place applicable Grad Bash or Gradventure logo and/or video on your school’s senior class webpage or social media site
  • Display Grad Event posters on your school campus
  • Promote your Grad Event at senior assemblies and other events
  • Keep track of your fundraising and payment deadlines
  • Make sure you receive your event wristbands and bus signs from Universal Orlando Resort 1 month before your school’s event night
  • Send your list of chaperone names and their contact info to us

Safety

Universal Orlando’s Grad Events are only open to applicable graduating students and their chaperones (no outside guests are allowed whatsoever)

  • A crossover path will allow students to travel between Universal Studios™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ without exiting the event
  • The health services department will be fully staffed throughout the event and extra security will be present
