Updated Safety Guidelines

We encourage all our guests to follow CDC guidelines and local directives to wear face coverings while indoors across Universal Orlando Resort. Face coverings are optional while outdoors. We also encourage all guests to keep a safe distance between travel parties, and we remain focused on maintaining the highest cleanliness and sanitization standards.

We ask that all guests and Team Members comply with the following:

Face Coverings - We encourage all guests – regardless of vaccination status – to wear face coverings while indoors.
Hand Washing – Guests and Team Members are urged to wash their hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds.
Social Distancing – We encourage all guests to keep a safe distance between travel parties.
Avoid Contact – Take care to avoid people who are sick or are exhibiting symptoms of the virus.
Hand Sanitizer – Hand sanitizer will be available for use prior to boarding ride vehicles, as well as in other areas around the destination.

YOUTH GROUP ARRIVALS

  • All necessary items such as tickets and dining cards should be distributed PRIOR to exiting the vehicle.
  • Group Parking - Buses should park in our designated bus parking areas, Cars/Vans to park in the general theme park parking garage.

GROUPS PARTICIPATING IN YOUTH PROGRAMS

STARS WORKSHOPS & PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS
Performance/Workshop Footprints & Design

  • Venue capacities will be reduced appropriately and applicable seating/spacing arrangements will be made to accommodate social distancing.
  • Producers will wear a mask. (producers work indoors)
  • Masks are optional for hosts. (host work outdoors)
  • All equipment, chairs, music stands and venue restrooms will be sanitized prior to group arrival and after group departure.

UNIVERSAL STUDIES EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Classroom/Workshop Footprints & Design

  • Venue capacities will be reduced appropriately and applicable seating/spacing arrangements will be made to accommodate social distancing.
  • The facilitator will wear a mask indoors. When outdoors, facilitator mask use is optional.
  • The facilitator will only approach students requesting assistance during instruction.
  • All equipment and classroom restrooms will be sanitized prior to group arrival and after group departure.
