Created in partnership with Full Sail University, this Universal Studies program gives students the opportunity to explore Joseph Campbell’s outline of The Hero’s Journey and discover the visual and language arts behind storytelling.

Students learn the key components of character development with a focus on four hero archetypes and how to identify and portray the archetypes using framing techniques.

The program includes:

1. A pre-visit Teacher Toolkit to prepare students for a successful learning experience at Universal Orlando.
2. An on-site, classroom component that builds upon the pre-visit lessons and activities.
3. Small group, hands-on photography activity.
