The Business Learning Series is comprised of three targeted learning modules that offer an introduction to leadership in the workplace, career exploration, and business development.
Take learning beyond the classroom
Career Exploration & Preparation
Career Exploration is the start in choosing a successful career path. In this module, students will discover how to assess their interests, values, and skills necessary to prepare for their chosen career.
Leadership Skills & Personal Development
Leaders have the ability to influence others within an organization. In this module, students learn about the importance of good leadership within organizations, and the attributes of a strong leader through exploring leadership characteristics.
Business Development: People, Process, Product
The 3 Ps are the foundation for any successful business. This module emphasizes the importance of valuing people, establishing efficient processes, and maintaining a quality product. Students will understand the internal and external environmental factors that influence the success of a business.
All group leaders receive a Teacher Toolkit before they arrive
Each kit includes:
- A pre-visit Teacher Toolkit to prepare students for a successful learning experience at Universal Orlando.
- An on-site, classroom component that builds upon the pre-visit lessons and activities.
- Student-led presentations demonstrating their learning.
Each module within the series can stand alone as a singular experience or groups may participate in the entire series during a multi-day visit to our resort, or over an extended period of time.
Cancellation Policy:
All confirmed programs must be cancelled at least 30 days in advance by sending an email to Universalstudies@universalorlando.com. Failure to do so could impact your ability to book future programs.
